But I am sure you cannot find and profile them all. I would put PlayPad in there instead of Billy as a lighter app if you want a no fuss, no skins Mp3 player. It's acutaly partnered with Mozilla. It has a super large plugin/theme site and it's way cool. I've used it. Songbird ROCKS! It’s acutaly partnered with Mozilla. No one seems to be disagreeing with you about Windows Media Player! Thanks for the intro to XMplay. It looks like a player with a long history. I may have even checked it out at some time over the years. Hi Josh. No one seems to be disagreeing with you about Windows Media Player!

Thanks for the intro to XMplay. It looks like a player with a long history. I may have even checked it out at some time over the years.

XMplay has support for more file types than any combination of any of set of players out there as well as being completely free and supports playback of 24/32 bit files with samplerates up to 96khz along with ASIO support, realtime dithering/noise-shaping to provide the most unencumbered and accurate playback you will find of any tool IMO. It allows all the same plugins that can be used within winamp and is completely skinnable (of course). It's definitely the player I would use if you enjoy listening to music without worrying about samplerate/encoding issues becoming a quality concern upon playback...
